Arduino is looking for a Customer Solutions Technician in the Technical support area for our professional product line with knowledge in electronics and documented experience in Arduino, to join the Customer Experience Team.
Applicants should be ready to face questions and evaluate cases coming from expert maker enthusiasts and companies deploying Arduino in their operations. Therefore we are looking for a dynamic person who can deep dive into hardware and software questions with strong communication skills to provide clear answers to our most professional customers.
As part of the Customer Experience team, you get to test and evaluate upcoming products (from software to hardware) in order to identify and document potential pain points in the shape of troubleshooting articles and provide clear answers to our customers who contacted us through email, the Arduino forum, and social media.
We are looking for service-minded individuals with the ability to explain complex technical terms in an easy way. The main language for customer support for education is English however Italian is a plus.
Location: Our offices are located in Turin/Italy and Malmö/Sweden.
