What you'll work on

You will be part of a team of talented engineers in charge of developing and maintaining a microservice architecture using state-of-the-art technologies. As part of this job you will be in charge of:

  • Contribute to all stages of the product development and deployment lifecycle, performing technical analysis, architecture definition and software design and implementation.
  • Drive technical solutions in a fast paced and agile environment using the latest software development technologies and infrastructure.
  • Leverage professional experience to provide technical leadership and to recommend best practices, systems, and architectures.
  • Deliver value through a strong collaborative approach working in a cross-functional team, contributing finding creative solutions to enhance Arduino cloud applications and tools.

What you bring

  • BS/MS in Computer Science or other technical related fields
  • 5+ years of software development work experience.
  • Strong AWS experience (API Gateway, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, …)
  • Strong experience with REST API and back-end applications
  • High motivation and interest in pushing the boundaries of current technologies.
  • Deep understanding of security and performance optimization concepts

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Go Lang and/or Python
  • Experience with managed services (Timestream, Kinesis, SQS, SNS, …)
  • Experience with IAM, CloudFormation, ELB
  • Knowledge of Arduino or similar electronics
  • Experience in the IoT field or with IoT protocols
  • Experience with Kubernetes and microservices architecture
