Arduino is looking for a Customer Solutions Technician in the Technical support area with knowledge in electronics and programming of microcontrollers, familiar with Arduino and passionate about the DIY and makers world, to join the Customer Support Team.

We see this as an excellent opportunity for a new graduate looking to embark on an exciting journey with a fast-paced company.

Applicants should be ready to face different levels of technical questions from maker enthusiasts around the world. As part of the Customer Support team, you get to work with all our products (from software to hardware) in order to provide the best customer experience by keeping a constant dialogue with our customers and the maker's community. Therefore we are looking for a dynamic person who can evaluate hardware and software questions to generate clear answers to our customers, and eventually report to the product development team or document in the form of troubleshooting articles.

We are looking for service-minded individuals with the ability to explain complex technical terms in an easy way. The main language for customer support for education is English however any other additional languages are a plus.

Location: Our offices are located in Turin/Italy and Malmö/Sweden.

Your responsibilities:

  • Answer email-based tickets.
  • Monitor and answer questions in our forum.
  • Monitor and answer questions in different official social media channels.
  • Document common issues in the form of troubleshooting articles.
