We are looking for a Product Manager who is genuinely excited about our mission and about working in a smart and creative environment to improve and enlarge the Arduino family of products. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and passionate team of designers and engineers to develop new products for makers, including boards, shields, kits, robots, prototyping tools, and to improve the existing well-known ones.


  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams developing hardware-software products through their complete lifecycle, with focus on development and launch phases.
  • Engage with users (makers, professional users, and educators) to identify opportunities to improve their development journey by improving our products. Analyze communities and trends. Represent the customer and bring the customer’s voice into the creation process.
  • Work with leadership to define product vision, strategy, roadmap, milestones and project timelines.
  • Collaborate across teams. Product managers play a critical role in creating alignment between engineering teams and stakeholders. A collaborative attitude is essential to the job.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, content, supply chain to coordinate launch and product support.
  • Run and participate in user testing sessions and incorporate that feedback into future iterations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in hardware product development or product management.
  • Degree or practical equivalent experience in electronics or interaction design.
  • Strong knowledge of Arduino products and technology, both on the hardware side and the software side.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex feedback into actionable priorities.
  • Strong communication skills in English, with fluent verbal communication as well as explicit and mindful written communication skills.
  • Ability to self-prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for DIY.

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity or previous experience with Internet of Things.
  • Familiarity or previous experience with maker/fabbing techniques, including 3D printing.
  • An overwhelming ambition to build amazing products!
